About Us
Hayley is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City and spent most of her MBA program helping students prepare for finding a job, improve their communication skills within their current job, and focus on what finds them joy in finding their new career.
Hayley has worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for over 10 years and been actively involved involved in the recruiting, staffing, and performance development of many in the healthcare industry.
After seeing hundreds of individuals get passed over for jobs, fail to follow basic rules for applying for the job they want, or not have the confidence to make a difference in their current role, she felt the desire to help people see just how easy it can be to get the job you want to live out your purpose in life.
